Juba, South sudan.
A workshop manufacturing tools for handicaps.
Most of the clients are army veterans and civilians hit by scattered mines. The workshop is fully functional since 1983 when it was funded by a Norwegian agency. Its staff treated patients from all around the south. Since the funding stops in 2004, it lacks the imported materials needed and having difficulties supplying its products, even though it holds all the technical equipment and local professionals.
They still improvise tools as much as they can.
